Servicios de Planificación Profética
"To fail to plan is to plan to fail."
The Reid Group believes creative and effective planning is vital for both leaders and organizations, and leads to greater focus and achievement. The Reid Group uses an approach called Prophetic Planning that includes four elements for faith-based groups:
- Planning for the future is based on knowledge and appreciation for the story of the organization that has evolved from the past.
- The realities of faith, conversion and healing are central to quality planning and effective organizational development within Catholic organizations.
- While appreciating what has been, this approach to planning invites leaders to be bold, and ask questions like, “What would we do if we were 10 times bolder?” and “What would we do if we REALLY considered ourselves a FOR PROPHET organization?"
- Prophetic planning seeks to discern the movement of the Spirit and the will of God for an organization at this moment in time.
Organizations today face many challenges, including:
- The reality of rapid change
- The need to maintain commitment and a sense of mission
- The desire to renew organizations and enhance productivity
A focus on planning offers an organization the opportunity to develop a shared vision, to speak with one voice and to generate more energy.

- What are we about?
