Team building is at the heart of effective organizations. The Reid Group provides team-building services for both those teams who have been in existence for some time and those that are just starting. These consultation and facilitation services are custom made for each organization and include:

  • A diagnosis of what is currently in place and how well it is working
  • An analysis of the current trust level, usually through personal interviews and an understanding of the issues, problems
  • Obtaining concerns the team is facing
  • A study of decision-making processes and recommendations about the most effective processes that need to be in place or clarified before team-building activities are designed and implemented
